TERMS:
This credential remains the property of the Organizing Committee of the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games. It is non-transferable and the Committee is empowered to withdraw it at any time. The bearer of the Credential has access as stated on the Credential and is subject to the Organizing Committee’s rules and provisions (Including body search and search of personal items). The Credential must be visible at all times, when its bearer is in the venue for which he/she is credentialed. Any non-compliance (by the bearer) with the Organizing Committee instructions and indications will entail the Credential being withdrawn and the bearer being removed from the venue. The bearer has complete responsibility for the use of the pass. The Organizing Committee bears no responsibility of the loss of Credential, damage or injury that may arise from use of the Credential. By using the Credential the bearer agrees:
1) The bearer of this credential irrevocably grants Special Olympics, Inc. (SOI) permission to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice and words in television, radio, film or in any media in perpetuity with no compensation due to the bearer to promote and publicize Special Olympics.
2) All photographs and digital, video or other images taken by the bearer during the Games (including photographs and digital video or other images of athletes competing in the venues shall be used solely for personal and non-commercial purposes unless prior consent in writing has been obtained from the Organizing Committee and SOI.
If any Pass is found, it must be returned at once to the nearest Credentialing Center.
